Listen and learn about gin, the history behind it and try out different varieties of gin. Which do you like the best? You can order a specially composed 4-course menu with gin.

* Lemon and gin sorbet
* Meat from Snåsa with aquavit spices. Mandel potatoes with caraway and cream sauce with mustard
* Chocolate ganache – flavored Gilde Maquavit Aquavit Jelly from the Romstad Farm
